Neptun Resort

The hotel seemed nice at the begining, friendly staff and a clean room. Unfortunately that's were it ended, we rented 3 rooms, two singles and one double. In one of the single rooms the lightbulb went out and the reception staff gave me a lightbulb and asked if we could replace it because they didn't have anyone available for the job. A latter was necessary to change the lightbulb, and when the guy did come he gave me the light fixture to wash because it had bugs in it (I did wash it) . At the begining if my stay I asked the staff to replace a missing mosquitoes net at the balcony door. Since the bathroom had no ventilation whatsoever, we had to keep the balcony door open to get the humidity out if the room. I asked every day, they kept saying they would and they didn't by the time my stay ended. did not replace the missing window bug net, and they kept telling us they would. A few other problems arose but the post would be to big. Overall the hotel is clean, unfinished, but the staff lacks professionalism and interest in client services. P. S. It's a seaside hotel and it lacks anything to hang wet bathing suits and towels on, wich is a big inconvenience.
